Sample Subdivision Plan

Plans of Subdivision are the plans that create mutiple lots fronting on new and existing roads. Due to the high costs involved with developing and servicing land these plans are usually prepared for a land development company.  These plans are usually preceeded by survey plans supporting applications to ceritify title to the lands under the Land Titles Act.  Survey monuments, in the forms specified in the Ontario Regulations, must be placed at all new property corners.
